We prioritize you and your kid's safety. Please remember the following:

Socks must be worn at all times by both parents and kids.

No climbing or jumping off the play equipment.

Please bring toys to the front desk if: child puts in their mouth or if broken.

No throwing toys at each other.

Play together and share the toys. Sharing is caring!

All kids must be accompanied by an adult. Whether in the play area, the lounge area, lobby or bathroom.

Please make sure your kid(s) are not playing with the security cameras.

Outside food is welcome, but no food or drinks (including water) are allowed in the play area. Please enjoy them in the lounge area.

If you or your kid(s) are not feeling well, please visit us another time.

ABOUT US
15 years ago while planning birthday parties for my then 4 and 6 year old sons at a popular birthday party location, we found it to be over priced and crowded. That sparked the original idea to create a fun, safe and private space for kids under 6 years old.
I purchased my 1st inflatable bounce house to throw my kids parties at home. After some nudging from family and friends, I started renting out the bounce house under the name Jump Jumpz. We quickly became popular around the Hayward, CA area. Unfortunately like many other small businesses, Jump Jumpz was forced to shut down due to Covid.
Once things opened up again in 2022 I wanted proceed with my idea to open a fun and private space for families to celebrate their little ones. Now in 2024, we have that place!

Are socks required? Yes, for both parents and kids at all times in the play area. Grip socks are preferred. If you do not have socks, please check with the front desk for a complimentary pair for adults.

Is outside food allowed? Yes, guests are allowed to enjoy outside food and drinks the lounge area only. However, no food or drinks are allowed in the play area at any time, including water.

What is the age range for kids in the play area?

18 months to 7 years old is preferred.

Kids 1 and under or 8-9 are also welcome to enjoy the play area.

Kids 10 and older may be too big for the play area. We have a play station for them to enjoy at no charge if accompanying a younger sibling.

Are online bookings required? No, walk-ins are always welcome, except during a private party.

Are there discounts for siblings? Each child between 18months–7 years old will be charged a regular price.
- If a sibling in the group can only crawl, there is no charge.
- If you only have crawlers in your group, discounts will apply. Ask the front desk for details.

How much do you charge for adults? Adults or older siblings accompanying younger kids are welcome at no charge. Rates only apply to kids.

Do you sell food or snacks? We offer complimentary coffee to all adult guests. We do not sell snacks, but we occasionally offer it complimentary.
